Liam Fox, writing in the Financial Times today, raises another item on the Tory wish-list - the need for deeper cuts in costs for employers, especially in 'taxes on jobs' such as National Insurance. "There is a strong argument for further public spending reductions, not to fund a faster reduction in the deficit, but to reduce taxes on employment,'" says Fox.
Foxy, the Fairy Jobmother, for Employment Czar! While he's at it, he could always create a few more jobs for unofficial special advisers, too.
