When it comes to Hillsborough, Banks is tweeting out of his fundamental orifice. But he's right about (some) people having the need to blame others. If people like him weren't able to leverage the power of scapegoating, his nasty little political movement wouldn't exist.
There's not a lot you can do to counter the poisonous influence of big money on our politics, although you could always make a start with an Ivanka Trump-inspired boycott of Banks's company, GoSkippy (by the look of some of the reviews you'd also be doing yourself a favour).
Hit the bastards where it hurts, in the wallet.
