Is it just me, or is this a bit tone deaf?

Frankly, I'm struggling to imagine the global megabanks of the Square Mile in the role of the warm-hearted but poor and put-upon Cratchits, being oppressed by money-obsessed, flinty-hearted moneybags, Ebenezer Scrooge.
